cakepuff is our signature French-inspired petite pastry stuffed with sweet or savory fillings.   

Our cakepuff dough is made from scratch combining fine organic wheat flour and grass fed European butter.  We roll our dough by hand with a traditional French pin following age-old classic french techniques to produce the flakiest, crispiest buttery layers of pate feuilletee (puff pastry).  

Our pastries are baked fresh in small batches-never frozen!

Cakepuff fillings are, whenever possible, from locally sourced organic ingredients, sustainably produced and always made with beacoup d'amour!
